typically i do all my own painting.
it's a great way to transform a piece of furniture for a low price.
this time i've decided to hire a professional to refinish my faux bamboo chairs.
i want them finished in a high gloss lacquer, apparently it's not that easy to do.
so off to the painter they go.
with a quote of $25.00/chair, how could i resist?
junque is a local company that specializes in custom painted furniture.
i am overly impressed with their work.
you may of seen some of their pieces at emilie jayne, one of my favorite local consignment stores.
i wouldn't mind owning this antique dresser.
doesn't it look great in aqua?
what a funky piece, it sells for $130.00
this highboy is calling my name.
i have a thing for antique dressers.
or if you want to get a piece refinished, their prices are fantastic.
now i have to decide what color.
i typically always do white.
i am thinking of branching out, i am leaning towards this blue...
